Implementation Engineers

Philadelphia, PA

Is responsible for the implementation and configuration of all VoIP related equipment for the customer premise. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for integrating new and existing voice and data equipment as it applies to an implementation. The right candidate will have a strong technical, telecommunications and networking background, the ability to interface with all levels of customers, maintains a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

A four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge is required.
Six to eight years’ experience is required.
Experience in VoIP integrated networks preferred
Advanced network troubleshooting skills
Experience running Red Hat Linux operating systems
Experience in Enterprise network design concepts
Experience with VPN and router configuration
